Happy Birthday to You

Group Practice Session this Sunday, 11am Eastern

Hi everybody -

I turn 53 today and I’m celebrating by offering a Group Practice Session this weekend. I know it’ll be Easter Sunday and a lot of you won’t be able to make it on such short notice, but join me if you can. 11am EASTERN on Sunday, March 31st.

If you click on that link, you’ll notice that I’ve simplified things a bit, put most things on just one page and moved Zach and Jessica to the general referrals page. This reflects my inability at this time in my life to support a bigger vision for Resonant Attention. They’re both still highly recommended, as are the other people on my referrals page.

I will still be posting my one-on-one sessions at the first of the month. And I will also be hosting another Intro class, this one starting April 7th, also on Sundays at 11, which is coming right up. The above link will also get you to the booking page for all of that.

When I tuck into my gluten free apple pie later, I’ll be wishing you all Happy Birthdays, too!
