Ozempic Haint
The Energetics of Pharma's Latest Blockbuster
The first time I encountered the energetic signature of Ozempic, I was horrified. I was paying attention in the field of a beloved client who had, without telling me, gone on the pharmaceutical blockbuster.
I suddenly detected the presence of something my intuition immediately informed me was a ‘haint,’ a Gullah Geechee term for a restless spirit. “It looks like there is a very skinny man trapped inside you,” I told my client. “He’s starving, so his energy is only running around his skeleton, whereas a healthy person would be running it in a much bigger pattern.”
I was referring to the Microcosmic Orbit, which is a Daoist meditational practice that teaches people to augment their natural energy flow in the energy lines that run around the midline of their torso by breathing with them. From their perineums, women breathe up the fronts of their bodies (the yin or feminine aspect) to the tops of their heads at Du20, and then exhale down their backs (yang/masculine) to their perineums. Men breathe in the opposite direction.
Often, practitioners are taught to “dredge this channel open” by deliberately engaging certain points on the path of their first breath. Or to spend time building energy in the lower part of torso until the energy spontaneously overflows and the channel starts running of its own accord. It’s not uncommon for me to witness this channel spontaneously start to flow in the aftermath of resolving some apparently unrelated trauma. Because of this, I’ve come to believe that energy flows naturally within the microcosmic orbit when a body is relatively unburdened by trauma.
Whether you’re more inclined to name Ozempic’s energetics effects a ‘signature’ or a ‘haint’ is somewhat academic—because the nature of appetite suppressing drugs is that they don’t seek to resolve the root injury, only to mask it. Taking a pill or shot every week is a powerful message to your subconscious to outsource your health to another consciousness. So proceed with caution!
Overweight is usually the product of one or more traumas that pushes a physiological response to keep your blood sugar mobilized. If your blood sugar is constantly hypoglycemic, it will be nearly impossible to stay away from sugary foods since our bodies must maintain ph within a very narrow range. The only way to be truly free of the urge to overeat is to turn off the stress by resolving the underlying trauma.
This is possible. Staying present in your body as you review your life will alchemize those old traumas and allow you to start making better choices. I’m not saying it’s fast or easy, but I am saying that everything else is distraction. Or worse.
My client, however, did not want to go off the drug. So I advised her to add the microcosmic orbit meditation to her routine.* I hoped that might counteract the haint energy and balance it out. She actually did so (because she’s awesome that way) and the next time I saw her, she was feeling great and I could not detect that disturbing signature.
Love,
Stella
*It’s best to engage such a practice with a teacher. Mine was Jeffrey Yuen.

So interesting! Thank you for sharing the issue - and a remedy. I wonder if you are seeing haints for other peptides as well? I’m considering BP157 + BP500 for a torn tendon, and wonder about energetic ‘side effects.’ Thank you!
