I had a beautiful new version of Resonant Attention come through in a session with a student today. Upon scanning her body, I catalogued multiple problems. Her eyes, her lungs, and her knees all needed attention. She also said she was feeling as if she wasn’t very good at performing Resonant Attention on herself.
