What we call a ‘body’ is, from the point of view of consciousness, a nexus point of platforms, beliefs and programs, and other energies. Coherence between these aspects is what we call health.
Let’s dig into that statement by first naming the components. By ‘platforms,’ I mean the physical, emotional, and mental bodies. We are often so familiar with moving our attention between these interlinked yet distinct platforms that we don’t even necessarily notice them, though meditation strengthens our ability to perceive these recognizable frequencies. One such meditation is Thomas Hubl’s ‘Three Synch’ method, which asks people to ‘tune the dial’ between these platforms, an instruction which explicitly utilizes consciousness as a foundational piece.
When we tune into the mental body, we’re paying attention to our thoughts and what they enliven. By ‘beliefs and programs,’ I'm distinguishing between thoughts that come and go and thoughts that have gelled into beliefs that then ‘run programs’ in the body. This understanding comes from the world of German New Medicine, as well as my clinical practice, where I witness in real time these subconscious physiological strategies. An example that I recently saw was of an older woman who believed that the world only offered bitterness. Her stomach lining responded by predominantly making the enzymes that break down bitter taste, which led over time to stomach cancer.
By ‘Other energies,’ I’m pointing to various distinct phenomena that I’ve seen intimately interacting with our bodily nexuses. These include past lives; what we might call ‘ghosts’; and miasms, which are patterns of holding energy that usually derive from our family lineages.
I’ve also seen highly specific energetic strategies that are being used to generate desired outcomes that are incompatible with health, like unconscious Münchausen syndromes. These can be transitory, such as getting sick to avoid work, or long-standing, like a woman I once treated whose mental illness exempted her from participating fully in her restrictive community and appeared energetically as a chastity belt.
Another energetic phenomenon that I’ve seen influencing bodies are what we might call ‘cultural overlays.’ These are downloads of information from cultural fields, such as Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, or Allopathy, that influence how our bodies show up energetically. For instance, a person deeply immersed in Chakra knowledge will present chakras in their body, while a TCM enthusiast’s energetic body could be comprised of meridians.
Experiences which are overwhelming, ie. trauma, usually get stuck in the physical, emotional, miasmic, past life or cultural platforms and prevent health by limiting flow in that aspect. Ghosts often come in concurrently with trauma, as can beliefs that engender programs, though they can also emerge over a period of time. Both of these also create areas of stagnation within whichever platform they are lodged.
But in order to create spontaneous healings in the physical body, the trauma can’t only be resolved in the platform it is lodged. It must simultaneously be resolved in the physical body. So physical issues are actually the easiest to resolve—and we know this because they resolve by themselves unless there is some complication.
We can therefore infer that the physical body is special. It is the densest platform in which our consciousness plays. And special care must be given in order to heal it with just our attention and allowance. To accomplish this I usually suggest that people remember to touch the area they’re trying to heal, or at least pretend to touch it. And to utilize your hands in 3D space as if you were engaging them in physical reality. I even wonder if hands have some special link or access to physical consciousness.
But, ultimately, healing must touch down into the physical body, resolving circulation there in order to achieve true liberation or a return to a primordial wholeness, whatever that might be for each individual. We’ve all had the experience of emotional pain, say, that seems to return and return; it does so because the trauma hasn’t been resolved in its densest layer—remember that these strategies and platforms are all interlinked.
So ultimately, health is a matter of coherence with the physical body—coherence between all the consciousness platforms within which our soul plays, which we might identify as all of our yang aspects, and our densest platform, our yin aspect.

Stella
Thought I would share a time I’ve had with babies in their pre language stage-engaging with them laying on their back, watching them respond to eye contact and the goo goo ga ga way we talk to them, with the most beautiful array of almost choreographed hand movements! So enchanting and purposeful!
