Thanks Stella, This seems like a short but potent post for me right now. I've re-read it a couple times. I don't have a lot of practice writing or journaling. However recently I've been feeling drawn to it and noticing how I will write out my thoughts, mostly in response to a conversation on social media, (I don't engage the toxic stuff, just good faith conversations in small groups), but I never push send. I delete it. Haha! I'm noticing, I'm feeling the urge to do that right now. In any case it seems like you're articulating and significantly expanding the possibilities of what I'm feeling intuitively. Thank you for that gift. I'm going to explore.

I have so much of the same experiences with writing. Byron Katie says “all thoughts belong on paper” and a shaman I’ve learned from says writing things or speaking them bridges the gap between the intangible and makes it tangible, or into the physical realm. I love them both.
